No advanced cycling experience is required. A safety briefing, properly fitted helmet, and riding guidance are provided before departure.Adults, couples, families with older children, private groups, corporate teams, and visitors who are comfortable riding a bicycle.
Meet your local host, get introduced to the group, and receive your electric bike and helmet. Your host will adjust the bike for comfort, explain the controls, review the route, and provide a short safety briefing before departure.

Guests may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time are normally non-refundable.
If the experience is cancelled by the host because of unsafe weather, operational issues, or another unavoidable reason, guests may choose a full refund or an alternative available date.
Late arrivals and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
